Distributed compute infrastructure

Start at 1 MW.
Scale to 100.

Your first megawatt should not wait on a seven-year interconnection queue. We start you on capacity that exists today, then scale the site with you as your compute grows.

How it works

Nobody wants to sell you your first megawatt.

Large developers want a signed hundred-megawatt campus before they start. Utilities queue the biggest requests first. So the team that needs one megawatt now — and a hundred in three years — gets told to wait for both.

1 ingot = 1 MW · one live on the existing feeder, the rest planned from day one

Your first tranche clears the gates

Sixty-five large-load tariffs across thirty-four states, none reaching down to single-digit megawatts. Entering below them means no fifteen-year term, no take-or-pay and no per-megawatt collateral on day one.

An ordinary service request

At this size it is a commercial new-service application to the distribution utility. No cluster study. No ISO interconnection queue.

Sited for the hundred, energised for the one

We select sites with the land, fibre and grid position to reach 100 MW, then energise the first tranche on capacity available today. The scale-up is planned from the start, not retrofitted.

Why speed is the product

The grid is the bottleneck, and it is getting worse.

28,000 MW
Sought by large-load projects in one utility territory

Against an all-time system peak of 24,000 MW. More demand queued than the utility has ever delivered.

3–5 yrs
Lead time on a substation power transformer

Distribution transformers run 18–24 months. If a site needs new substation capacity, that is the clock.

The ramp we develop against

First tranche inside existing feeder capacity. Later tranches planned into the site from day one.

What we do

Consultants and developers. We advise, we develop, and on the applied-AI side we build and operate. Construction and engineering of record sit with specialist firms.

01

Data Centre & Sovereign Compute

From a first megawatt on prepared sites to a hundred-megawatt build-out, plus modular compute nodes on campus and institutional land. Infrastructure, not a cloud subscription.
02

Energy Project Development

Distributed storage and solar — origination, interconnection strategy, permitting and site control. We develop; construction sits with specialist firms.
03

AI Workforce TrainingTrain

Cohort-based applied AI training for employers, structured to fit state workforce grant rules — grants may reimburse a substantial share of approved training costs.Read →

AI Readiness AssessmentAssess

On-site audit of workflows, data and tooling. Returns a scorecard and a roadmap ranked by return.
05

AI Build & OperateBuild

Applications and agents, workflow automation and managed services — able to run on compute inside your own state.

01

Define the ramp

What you need now, what you expect in three years, and which entity signs.

02

Match a site

Available today for tranche one, with headroom and grid position for the full ramp. Capacity confirmed with the utility in writing.

03

Structure

Lease, credit support and the works needed to energise, with funding responsibility explicit.

04

Energise & expand

Build by specialist firms. Later tranches follow the plan rather than restarting it.
